Dr Noble is known as a woman of wisdom, joy and the love of God.  She possesses godly character, compassion, honesty, integrity, a heart for people, a spirit of excellence, with both a professional and personal conviction of confidentiality.  

Dr Noble's counseling foundation and call is that of Luke 4:18, a deep desire to see those in the body of Christ totally set free, healed, and delivered by the supernatural power of God. 

Dr Noble specializes in counseling areas of church abuse, hurt, trauma (whether as a church member, or a church leader); relationships (couples, marriage, pre-marriage, family-parent/child, singles and divorcees). 

Dr Noble believes that nothing is too hard for God, and that His love is a perfect love that casts out all fear according to I John 4:18. Therefore, she believes there is hope for all who struggle with sin or cycles of: abuse, bondage, strongholds, generational curses, unforgiveness, bitterness, anger, addictions, legalism, religiosity, guilt, shame, deception, manipulation, control, codependency, rebellion, mixtures, toxic/unhealthy relationships, unhealthy soul ties, idolatry, greed, lack of purpose, lack of focus, low self esteem, pride, lust, sexual immorality, hidden sin, adultery, and open doors to anything contrary to the Word of God.  Jesus paid the ultimate price for your freedom. 

Dr Noble, along with her education, and life experiences, has over 30 years of Christian Counseling, ministry, along with extensive training in the ministry of deliverance experience.  She also has a background in: psychology, mental health, drug & alcohol counseling (dual diagnosis), the homeless population, depression, grief & loss, moderator, family & couples, parenting, divorcee, crisis intervention, case management, group facilitator, panelist, conference speaker, quality improvement, quality assurance, conflict resolution, life coaching, mentoring and consulting. 

After spending years in the secular counseling arena, Dr Noble observed limited outcomes, due to mixtures, and a lack of knowledge regarding the things of God, as the Word of God is the "final authority".  Therefore, remaining in the secular counseling arena, would be contrary while devaluing her Christian beliefs, morals, values, and principles - bringing about delay, and possibly "paralysis" to her purpose, call and destiny. 

Dr Noble strongly believes that with wise biblical counseling, accompanied by the supernatural power of God through inner healing, and deliverance, one can be totally set free.  (John 8:36, Matthew 10:8)    

Dr Noble completed her undergraduate studies in Biblical Counseling at Christian Faith Bible College 1995 (via Friends International Christian University); she did undergraduate studies in Psychology at Southern University in New Orleans (1995-1998).  After her son Kevin graduated high school and entered college in 2008, Dr Noble completed her Masters (2009) and Doctorate (2014), both in Biblical Counseling at FICU.  Dr Noble chose the Biblical Counseling discipline at FICU, as the university was in alignment with her Christian morals, values, principles, beliefs, purpose, and call.  She graduated with honors in all three degree programs.  She is also currently in pursuit of another doctorate in Counseling. 

Dr Noble is an Ordained Minister, and Clinical Christian Counselor, via International Association of Clinical Christian Counselors. 

Dr Noble is an active member and volunteer of her local church, where she is planted and committed.
