Safe Haven was designed for those in ministry, including, but not limited to Ministry Leadership and/or Clergy: Pastors, First Ladies, PK’s (pastor’s kids), Five-fold Ministry, Priest, Elder, Deacon, Worship Leader, Choir Director, Helps Ministry; any form of church leadership.   Those who find it difficult to discuss personal matters, struggles, ministry issues, depression, and hidden sin (adultery, sexual sin, pornography, lust, drugs and alcohol, addictions, racism, control, abuse, etc.). 

We do understand that there is a misconception about church leaders; "you are perfect and should make no mistakes", "you are spiritually mature, so all you need is the Word of God, fast, pray", yet you are still bound.  As a church leader, yes you are also human - made of flesh and blood like every other human being.  However, there are a required set standards according to the Word of God - Luke 12:48 and I Timothy 3.  Thus, being human should not be an excuse to abuse the grace and mercy of God, by licensing one's self to continue walking in a particular "struggle" or sin, for that matter. God loves you, and wants you free.  

You may feel pressured, because the body of Christ holds you to “unrealistic expectations”; a standard that no man or woman can maintain, or even sustain without the help of the Holy Spirit, or a divine intervention from the Lord.  No one has arrived; we are all continually being processed, purged, and perfected to be more like Christ. 

Dr Noble was led to create a safe, confidential and transparent environment, for leaders who desire to be free from guilt, shame and embarrassment; but most importantly, a safe place of "accountability" without being judged or criticized.  

Dr Noble's father was a pastor for more than 25 years, before he went to be with the Lord in 2020.  Dr Noble has directly served pastors through armor bearer ministry, stayed in the home of pastors to nanny their kids while they traveled the world to preach, counsel pastors, have friends that are pastors; and have years of experience with pastoral care and pastoral counseling. 

Dr Noble has much respects and understands the pastoral call on your lives (5 Fold Ministry Leaders as well), and the weight that comes with shepherding a flock.  Too often, pastors are expected to have all the answers, hold everything together, and just keep going-no matter what; despite being burned out, depressed, weary, and a time or season where you wanted to just throw in the towel.  You may even feel empty, and just need to be filled.  Pastors, leaders, you don't have to walk through these type seasons alone.   

'SAFE HAVEN" was created with you in mind, a place of safety, freedom, and vulnerability; where you can unmask outside of your call and/or anointing- to receive wise counsel, while experiencing God's rest and restoration.  Mark 6:31

Dr Noble believes that many leaders in the body of Christ have perished, fallen, and even experienced public scandal due to ignorance (lack of knowledge), pride, ego, self sufficiency, offense, and lack of accountability-which all opens the door to the enemy, and eventually leading to losing the reverential fear of God.

Don’t allow the enemy to hold you bound to his lies anymore; enslaving you to fear, shame, guilt, pride and condemnation.  The enemy, satan, is a deceiver and the father of ALL lies.
